Confirmation & Booking Policies

  • A confirmation voucher will be emailed within 24 hours of booking.
  • If the preferred time slots are unavailable, alternative schedules will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be provided. Customers may also opt for a cancellation with a full refund if no alternatives are acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the travel date will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date will incur a 100% charge of the total tour cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from our office.

Payment Terms

  • The full tour cost must be paid at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Full payment is required before the booking date.

Travel Insurance

  • It is highly recommended for travelers to secure travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
