If the specified hotel is unavailable, a hotel of the same category will be booked.

Confirmation & Booking Policies
A confirmation voucher will be emailed within 24 hours of booking.
If the preferred time slots are unavailable, alternative schedules will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be provided. Customers may also opt for a cancellation with a full refund if no alternatives are acceptable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the travel date will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date will incur a 100% charge of the total tour cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from our office.
Payment Terms
The full tour cost must be paid at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
Full payment is required before the booking date.
Travel Insurance
It is highly recommended for travelers to secure travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Liability
The tour operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation issues.
Health & Fitness
