Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Shimla (Overnight Volvo Journey)
Arrive in Delhi and board a Volvo bus for an overnight journey to Shimla. As you leave the bustling city behind, enjoy the scenic drive through the hills, preparing for an exciting trip ahead.

Day 2: Arrival in Shimla and Local Sightseeing
After reaching Shimla, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Refresh and embark on a local sightseeing tour. Visit Mall Road, Jakhu Temple, and Scandal Point. Explore the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, a historical landmark. In the evening, stroll around The Ridge for mesmerizing views. Return to the hotel for dinner and a restful stay.

Day 3: Kufri Excursion and Transfer to Manali (Overnight Journey)
After breakfast, head to Kufri, a picturesque hill station known for adventure activities like horse riding and yak rides. Visit Himalayan Nature Park and enjoy breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks. Spend time at leisure before returning to Shimla. In the evening, board a Volvo bus for an overnight journey to Manali.

Day 4: Arrival in Manali and Local Sightseeing
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and refresh. Begin your local sightseeing tour by visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Van Vihar, and Clubhouse for recreational activities. Day 5: Solang Valley and Anjani Mahadev Excursion

  • Unforeseen Expenses:
    • Costs incurred due to natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, or other emergencies.

Terms & Conditions

  • In the event that the specified hotel is unavailable, a hotel of the same category will be booked instead.
  • Rates are not valid during peak or high-season periods and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rates are based on quadruple occupancy in a shared room.
  • The terms and conditions outlined above are enforceable under the jurisdiction of the court of law.

Confirmation and Booking Policies

  • Upon successful completion of a booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
  • If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternative schedule based on the customer’s preferences will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email. Alternatively, the customer may opt to cancel their booking prior to confirmation, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the travel date will incur a charge of 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date will incur a charge of 100% of the total tour cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from our office.

Payment Terms

  • The full tour cost must be paid at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Full payment is required before the booking date.

Travel Insurance

  • It is highly recommended that all travelers have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

Liability

  • The tour operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation issues.

Health and Fitness

  • Travelers must be in good health and have a reasonable level of fitness for the trek. A medical certificate may be required.
